Crissy Field in the February Sun

with 5 comments

Marin County | California

Rica and I try to visit Crissy Field on most weekends. As an escapee from Cleveland, where winters can be cold and brutal, I’m happy about the spring-like weather we often experience in the middle of San Francisco Februaries. Rica enjoys the freewheeling spirit of the beaches and especially the dog meetups.

This lagoon was once an army waste site.

Crissy Field beaches are favorite places for dog meetups.

I’m not sure what this is about, but I like the colors.

A safe place to nap for young and old.

  3. Better late than never. It looks like ski season might be very late again this year.
